Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat broiler to high. Line #baking sheet{} with #aluminum foil{} and lightly brush with @cooking oil{1%tbsp}.

Top @flatbreads{4%pieces} with @mozzarella cheese{2%oz} and @pepperoni{2%oz}. Broil on middle rack until edges are browned, lightly crispy, and cheese melts ~{4%minutes}. Keep a close eye on them as the broiler is powerful.

While flatbreads broil, empty contents of @smoky ranch salad kit{1%unit} into #large bowl{}. Drizzle with as much dressing as you like and toss to evenly coat.
